The operating rooms of the Rooyesh Surgery Center are located on the fourth floor of Phase 1 in Isfahan Health Care City and include the following sections:

• Men’s Operating Room: equipped with advanced, high-resolution microscopes for male microsurgeries, where urology and andrology procedures are performed.
• Women’s Elective Surgery Rooms: two fully equipped rooms featuring state-of-the-art video laparoscopy and hysteroscopy systems.
• Oocyte Retrieval and IVF Operating Rooms:  dedicated to egg collection and in vitro fertilization procedures.
• Embryo Transfer Room: where embryo transfer into the uterus is performed under ultrasound guidance.
• Recovery Room: equipped with full patient monitoring systems.
• Instrument Packing Room
• Central Sterile Supply Department (CSR): equipped with both steam autoclaves and plasma sterilization devices.
