The Specialized Women’s Health, Midwifery, and Infertility Clinic, located within Pooyesh Fertility Clinic in Isfahan Health Care City, is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. The clinic provides services through the collaboration of expert gynecologists and infertility specialists, supported by highly experienced midwifery professionals.

At the initial visit, patients are first assessed in the Midwifery Counseling Unit. During this consultation, midwifery specialists take a full medical history, review family and health records, and create a medical file. If necessary, they may request initial laboratory tests, Pap smear, and other preliminary evaluations. For pregnant women, the initial examination includes monitoring weight and blood pressure, as well as assessing the fetal heart rate.

Following this, a gynecologist and infertility specialist reviews the patient’s medical file, examines test results, and recommends an appropriate treatment plan. Depending on the case, further diagnostic procedures may be required, such as transvaginal or abdominal ultrasound, hysterosalpingography, laparoscopy, or diagnostic hysteroscopy. After completing the necessary assessments, treatment options are discussed with the couple, and the fertility treatment cycle begins.

It is important to emphasize that in infertility management, evaluating the male partner is just as critical as evaluating the female partner. This is carried out at the Urology Clinic, making it essential for couples to attend their first consultation together.
