International Patient Admission Guide

Pooyesh Fertility Clinic

Admission Process for International Patients

  • 1 Arrival at the Clinic
    • If prior arrangements have been made, the International Patient Department (IPD) officer will be present upon the patient’s arrival to provide guidance during the admission process.
    • If there has been no prior coordination, the patient will first present at the IPD reception. The reception desk will then notify the IPD officer, who will join the patient to provide support.
  • 2 Registration and Payment
    • The patient completes the admission process at the IPD reception desk and settles the initial payment.
  • 3 File Creation and Initial Guidance
    • The IPD officer escorts the patient to the International Patient Department, reviews their documents, completes the International Health Record (IHR) form, and creates a midwifery file.
    • The patient is then guided to the IPD physician’s office for an initial consultation.
  • 4 Initial Medical Evaluation
    • The IPD physician performs a general medical examination and refers female patients to the gynecology specialist and male patients to the urology specialist.
  • 5 Specialist Consultations and Treatment Plan
    • The gynecology and urology specialists conduct thorough examinations. If needed, they request laboratory tests, imaging, or other diagnostic procedures.
    • After reviewing the results, the specialists design a personalized treatment plan for the couple.
